The new 2016 Acura NSX with VIN 001 successfully sold for $1.2 million at a charity auction held in the United States. It is the first production car for the all-new Acura NSX after Honda has stopped its production back in 2005.
Rick Hendrick, who own a NASCAR team, won the auction. The car will be displayed at Hendrick’s museum along with his existing car collection. The new Acura NSX will be powered by 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with three electric motors. The underlying body utilize space body frame which made from aluminum. It is a dream car for Honda/ Acura enthusiasts.
