Dealers File Charges to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA)

Dealers file charges to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) after they claim FCA try to misrepresent the number of sales by falsifying their monthly sales tallies. The claims said FCA try to bribe the dealers by offering them a certain amount of money and Edward Napleton received offered for $42,000 to report the sale of 40 new vehicles on the last day of a selling month. Each year, automakers need to report how many vehicles they sold and it will impact on corporate shares and bonuses. If the claim is valid, it will give a hard time for CEO Sergio Marchionne who known for his tight corporate governance.
