EO Smart Connecting Car 2 Can Drive Sideways and Shrink

The EO Smart Connecting Car 2 can drive sideways and shrink. Developed by a team from German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, it was design to provide ultra flexible micro car for mega cities. Although the EO Smart Connecting Car 2 is a long name to type, pronounce or even hard to remember, it has scissor doors like the Lamborghini! (I don’t know how it is connect and solve the naming problem)

To enable the EO Smart Connecting Car 2 can drive sideways and shrink, it is fully drive by wire. It has front and rear cameras, potentiometer sensors, a LiDAR system (a remote sensing technology that measures distance by illuminating a target with a laser and analyzing the reflected light) and six 3D time of flight camera. it will make it easier for driver to park in tight driving spot.

It is powered by a 54-volt lithium-iron phosphate battery pack, which drives four 4-kW wheel hub motors. No further technical on how long this vehicle able to cover in a single charge but it just weight 750 kg. Imagine the future with Google Car and this EO Smart Connecting Car 2 driving around our mega cities. Maybe Google should collaborate with EO Smart Connecting Car 2 or snatch their team member to work with Google.
