FCA Said The Claims Made By Their Two Dealers Are Baseless

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) said the claims made by their two dealers are baseless. FCA responded after they face a lawsuit in Illinois Federal Court when two of their dealers file charges to FCA. The dealers claim FCA want them to falsify the number of sales by the end of last year. FCA officials said that the two dealers have repeatedly threatened FCA to bring their case to the court but FCA already informs them there will be no case. In fact, FCA claims the two dealers failed to perform contractual obligations regarding sales performance since 2012. They are also seeking for several courtesies from the FCA including additional points in the US FCA network.
