Former Audi Chief Engineer Wolfgang Egger Leaves Italdesign

Former Audi Chief Engineer Wolfgang Egger leaves Italdesign. The man who behind the Audi tend to bring a new design direction with 2012 Crosslane Concept and 2013 Nanuk before he move to Italdesign in 2013. Egger start his work in Alfa Romeo before he move to Audi in 2007. Being in Italdesign gave him a broad range of freedom to inspired model for Volkwagen Group. VW Group own Audi, Lamborghini, Seat and many other.

Italdesign was founded by Giorgio Giugiaro in 1968 and inspired many remarkable cars including the first Golf, Scirocco and Passat. It is not confirmed either Egger still in VW Group or not since he can be in any companies owned by the group for strategic purposes.
