Meet China Rolls Royce

Hongqi L5 is the most expensive Chinese car. Previously, Hongqi has been used as state government cars. It cost around $760,000. The Hongqi CA770 was manufactured from 1966 to 1981, and 215hp 5.6-liter V8 engine powers it. It has been featured in Jay’s Leno garage, and it did not end up as expected because the car broke down.

But now, there is a new generation Hongqi called the Hongqi L5, and it has a classic design with a modern touch. The car is powered by 6.0-liter V12 with 408 horsepower. The interior is filled with wood panels and cream white leather. It does look expensive and classic. Rear passengers will feel comfortable riding in this car. It is because the Hongqi L5 has about 1.1 meters of leg room complete with rear-seat entertainment system, television, and a Bose sound system. Other than the limousine model, Hongqi also plans to build LS5 SUV to compete with Range Rover Sports and a bus build for VIP.
